Christina B. Gunther, Ed.D. is an assistant professor in the PhD in Health Sciences Program at Rush University. She teaches healthcare issues, writing, and education theory courses and has expertise in global health, social determinants of health, social justice in community healthcare access and outcomes, and health equity. Dr. Gunther’s current research focuses on best practices for creating culturally appropriate healthcare curricula, and use of virtual reality and Generative AI in health sciences education. She is a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) and the International Conflict Styles Inventory® (ICSI®).
